Accumulation Paper Cut Sculptures

Accumulation Paper Cut Sculptures by Christine Kim

Talented artist Christine Kim has delighted us in the past with her illustrations, which showcased the use of penciled collaged figures, incorporated with watercolor backdrops and paper cut imagery to produce beautiful motifs. In this series, Accumulation, she has produced a paper installation for a retail space in Toronto as part of the Design Offsite Festival. This series is comprised of intricate, cloud-like paper cut patterned structures, which explore what can be produced once folded, curved, and gathered.

This is right up the block from me! I totally saw these in the window of the store and stopped to look at them because they were so delightful!
