Liya Mairson: My Space, a pop-up play area for kids

Liya Mairson has designed ‘My Space’, a folded cardboard play area for children ages 3-6, that is designed specifically for small urban apartments which lack the space for a play room. ‘My Space’ provides multiple folding options, it is fully recyclable and it takes up minimal space when closed so you can store under your bed or behind a door.

‘My Space’ opens up many possibilities in the realm of imagination. Liya’s design allows for children to easily manipulate ‘My Space’ on their own without adult supervision, making it a great solution to playtime.
